Top 10 Countries: Growth in Electricity Transmission Network [free access]

As of 2017, the transmission network of the 10 countries was estimated to comprise a line length of around 2,996,924 km and a transformer capacity of 11,061 GVA at 110 kV and above voltage levels.


China had the largest share of both line length and transformer capacity, followed by USA and then India.
