The proposed project entails the construction of a 240-km-long, 161 kV Kara-Mango-Dapaong line, a 161/33 kV substation at Mango, a 161/33/20 kV substation at Dapaong, as well as the extension of the 161/34.5/20 kV Kara substation in the northern part of Togo.
