As per news reports, 51 per cent works have been completed for the 400 kV Kenya–Tanzania Power Interconnection Project (KTPIP), which is being developed by the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) and Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO).
