Switzerland-based ABB in consortium with Spain-based Cobra Gestión De Infraestructuras, S.A has secured a World Bank-funded contract worth USD330 million for the supply high voltage direct current (HVDC) converter stations, along with the installation and construction of associated substations in Tajikistan and Pakistan.
