Afghanistan-based vertically-integrated power utility Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) has issued Requests for Proposals (RfPs) for two tenders under the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Programme for the Connection of the Northern Electricity Power System (NEPS) to the Southern Electric Power System (SEPS).
