The UK's cable manufacturer, JDR Cable Systems Limited, has awarded a contract to the Netherlands-based Vos Prodect Innovations (VPI) BV for the supply of cable hang-off systems for the Arcadis Ost 1 offshore wind farm in Germany. JDR is responsible for supplying the inter-array cables for the wind farm while Global Offshore will install them.
