Atlantic City Electric has submitted its application with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) to rebuild a transmission line that runs within an existing right-of-way (RoW) between the Orchard substation in Upper Pittsgrove Township and the Churchtown substation in Pennsville Township, Salem County, New Jersey.
