TransGrid, the New South Wales (NSW) transmission system operator (TSO), has signed a five-year managed services deal with Indian-based global technology company HCL Technologies (HCL) to help create a transformation roadmap for the former, and provide outsourcing support for its Service Desk Operations, Data Center Operations, Security, Disaster Recovery, and End-User Computing and Applications.
