The state-owned Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Limited (PGCB) has invited international competitive bids for construction of 230/132 kV and 132/33 kV gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) substations in Bangladesh under the World Bank-funded ‘Enhancement and Strengthening of Power Network in Eastern Region Project’.
