Belgian transmission system operator (TSO) Elia has awarded the marine and engineering consultancy LOC Renewables, a unit of London Offshore Consultants (LOC) Group, with a contract to provide marine warranty survey (MWS) services for the Modular Offshore Grid (MOG) project.
