Energotrans Limited, a subsidiary of Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE), has invited prequalification bids for the Jvari-Khorga Interconnecion project funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) and European Commission Neighbourhood Investment Facility (EC NIF).
