Portland General Electric (PGE) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) to seek mutual transmission capacity solutions, resulting in the company's decision to suspend permitting and development of the proposed Cascade Crossing transmission project and revise its 2013 earnings guidance.
