Reportedly, Brazilian energy holding Energisa SA has confirmed that it is studying the possibility of participating in the privatisation process of the six distribution subsidiaries of state-owned electricity company Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA (Eletrobras), serving in the north and northeast regions.
