France-based Omexom—a subsidiary of Vinci Energies, which is in turn a subsidiary of French concessions and construction company Vinci SA, has signed an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) pre-contract with Energisa SA for the Lot 19 the latter recently won during an auction held by Brazil’s energy regulator Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica (ANEEL).
