Tribunal de Contas da União (TUC) or the Brazilian Auditors Court has issued a ruling asking the country's energy regulator Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica (ANEEL) to recalculate the prices for all electricity transmission lines to be auctioned in 2016 in order to increase the Receita Anual Permitida (RAP) or annual permitted revenue for investors.
