Brazilian firm Transmissora Delmiro Gouveia (TDG), which is owned by Companhia Hidro Eletrica do Sao Francisco (CHESF) and ATP Engenharia, has energised one of the three transformers at its Pecem II power substation, in the northeastern Ceara state.
