Eletrosul, Companhia Paranaense de Energia (Copel) and Elecnor won the 230 kV project in a 24.5 per cent, 24.5 per cent and 51 per cent partnership, respectively, during the 004/2014 auction hosted by the country's energy regulator Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica (ANEEL).
