Companhia Hidro Elétrica do São Francisco (Chesf), a part of the federal power holding company Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras (Eletrobras), has won all the contracts offered by Aneel, the national utility sector regulator, for the transmission works across the northeastern states of Rio Grande do Norte, Ceara and Bahia.
