China's largest grid operator State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) plans to acquire 46 per cent stakes in a consortium, which will implement the proposed Centre-South (CESUL) project entailing construction of a new electricity transmission line from Zambezi Valley to Maputo in Mozambique.
