China-based Yulin Longyuan, an indirect subsidiary of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited, has awarded a contract for the power transmission system associated with its 200 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Shaanxi province to Shanghai Electrical Power Erection and Shanghai Electric Construction.
