International competitive bids are invited for the supply, installation, construction, commissioning and testing of materials and equipment for the 220 kV Tan Cang substation (transformers supplied under another package) under the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City Power Grid Development Sector Project. The contract will be jointly co-financed by the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund (AIF).
