International competitive bids are invited for the design, engineering, manufacture, fabrication, testing, transportation to site, insurance, storage, erection, testing, and commissioning of the 400 kV double-circuit transmission line (twin moose) connecting the 33/220/400 kV Lahai gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) substation and the Chamera (Rajera) pooling substation [Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID)] under the Asian Bank Development (ADB)-funded Himachal Pradesh Clean Energy Transmission Investment Program–Tranche 3 on a turnkey basis.
