The Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) power utility Société Nationale d'Électricité (SNEL) has awarded a USD13.14 million contract to a joint venture of US-based AECOM and French Électricité de France (EDF) to conduct feasibility studies for the Grand Inga power scheme.
