International competitive bids are invited for construction and installation of 230 kV and 115 kV substations with a total capacity of 300 MVA along with four feeders; and construction of a 50.8-km-long 230 kV, transmission line in Baja California Sur under the 336 SLT 2001 Subestaciones y Líneas Baja California Sur-Noroeste (2a. Phase) project.
