Competitive bids are invited for the construction of the 345 kV lines from the Gerald Gentleman Station (GGS) substation, located south of Sutherland, Nebraska, to the Thedford substation, located east of Thedford, Nebraska; and from the Thedford substation to the new Holt County substation, located southwest of Clearwater, under the country’s R-Project.
