Competitive bids are invited to undertake the construction of about 25 miles (40.25 km) of new 115/230 kV transmission line from Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA) Ault substation to Xcel Energy’s Cloverly substation, associated with the Northern Greeley Area Transmission Plan Project.
