International competitive bids are invited for the construction of one 0.7 circuit km long 115 kV line, 2.0 circuit km long trunks of 34.5 kV and a 115 kV substation with a total capacity of 20 MVA and 1.25 MVAr along with six feeders in the state of Sinaloa in Mexico.
