International competitive bids are invited for the construction of a 115/34.5 kV substation with a capacity of 30 MVA and 1.8 MVAr compensation along with a feeder, and the construction of a 17.2-circuit km-long 115 kV transmission line in the State of Chihuahua and Coahuila.
