International competitive bids are invited for the construction of three 115/34.5 kV-115/13.8 kV substations with a capacity of 50 MVA and 3 MVAr compensation and the construction of two 42.4-circuit km-long 115 kV transmission lines in the States of Chihuahua and Durango.
