International competitive bids are invited for the construction and installation of two 115/23 kV and 13.8 kV substations, with a capacity of 60 MVA, 3.6 MVAr of compensation and 14 units of feeders which also includes 5 km of trunks and two 4.84 circuit-km long, 115 kV transmission lines to be located in the States of Jalisco and Nayarit, Mexico.
