International competitive bids are invited for the construction and installation of three 115/34.5 kV-115/13.8 kV substations with a capacity of 40 MVA and 2.4 MVAr compensation along with the supply of eight feeders, and construction of two 115 kV transmission lines of length 42.23 circuit km in the states of Sinaloa and Sonora.
