International competitive bids are invited for the construction of the Porto Alegre 15 substation under the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Agence Française de Développement (AFD)-funded Programa de Expansão e Modernização do Sistema Elétrico da Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre e Área de Abrangência da CEEE-GT, Pró-Energia/RS or the Expansion and Modernisation of the Electric System of the Metropolitan Area of Porto Alegre and Coverage Area of CEEE-GT.
