Competitive bids are invited for the construction of the 115 kV Bassett substation. The scope of the contract includes installation of conduit, ground grid, equipment and fence grounding, control and low voltage cable, steel structures, aluminum pipe and wire bus, switches, outdoor electrical equipment, and fine grading.
