Expressions of Interest (EoIs) are invited to undertake consultancy services for the national dispatching station for the high voltage (HV) network and for Bureau Central de Conduite (BCCN) for HV network of Niamey under the International Development Association (IDA)-funded Electricity Access Expansion Project (NELACAP) or Projet d’Expansion de l’Accès &agra ve; l’Electricité au Niger (NELACEP).
