CTEEP, the Brazilian subsidiary of ISA Group of Colombia, has teamed up with federal companies, FURNAS and CHESF, both subsidiaries of Electrobras, to jointly bid in the auction for transmission lines to connect the Rio Madeira hydro power complex with the city of Sao Paulo.
