Delay in launching two power substations by Brazilian federal power utility Companhia Hidro Eletrica do Sao Francisco (Chesf), a subsidiary of Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras S.A. (Eletrobras), has forced the energy regulator Agencia Nacional de Energia Eletrica (ANEEL) to postpone the commercial operation date of nine wind projects of total capacity of about 177.8 MW capacity developed by local renewable energy developer Renova Energia till January 2015.
