Expressions of Interest (EoIs) are invited to provide engineering design and project management services for the construction of Albania's line section of the 400 kV Macedonia-Albania line project. Project components in Albania include the construction of a 400 kV single-circuit transmission line between Elbasan and Qafe-Thane (Albanian/Macedonian border); construction of a 400 kV single-circuit transmission line between Elbasan and Fier; reconstruction and extension of the 400 kV Elbasan 2 substation; and reinforcement and extension of 400 kV Fier substation.
