International competitive bids are invited for preparation of detailed designs for construction of the 400 kV overhead line (OHL) from Varna substation to Burgas substation and reconstruction of the 400 kV ‘Black Sea’ OHL when approaching the Burgas substation; and undertaking supervision during construction of the new 400 kV OHL.
