Egytech Cables, a subsidiary of Egyptian Elsewedy Electric, has signed an EGP430 million contract with state-owned Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC) for the supply and installation of 220 kV ground cables and fibre optic cables for connecting the Zahraa El Maadi transformers to the national grid on a turnkey basis.
