Reportedly, eight companies are showing interest in buying the 230 kV Charrúa-Temuco line project of Transchile, a firm owned by Brazilian firms Alupar and Companhia Energetica de Minas Gerais (Cemig). The project is an existing 200 km line between Charrúa and Temuco in Brazil's central-south region.
