Entergy Louisiana, a subsidiary of Entergy Corporation, announced the completion of the USD100 million Southwest Louisiana 69-kV Reliability Improvement Project. The upgrade covered approximately 900 square miles (1,449 square km) within Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana, and included the construction of new transmission lines as well as rebuilding many existing lines.
