Ethiopia's state-owned power comapny Ethiopian Electric Power Company (EEPCo) has entered into an agreement with Chinese Shanghai Electric Group Company to undertake the power substations expansion works in three towns of Amhara regional state at an estimated cost of ETB2 billion.
