State-owned Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has awarded a contract for the design, manufacture and supply of equipment up to site of erection for the construction of 230 kV substations and associated transmission lines to a consortium comprising Chinese Sieyuan Electric Company Limited and Shanhai Sieyuan Transmission & Distribution Engineering.
