Electric Transmission Texas (ETT), a joint venture between units of American Electric Power (AEP) and MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, has energised all the seven transmission projects allotted to the company under the Competitive Renewable Energy Zones (CREZ) initiative in Texas.
