Electric Transmission Texas (ETT), a joint venture (JV) between subsidiaries of American Electric Power (AEP) and MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, has received approval from the Texas Public Utility Commission (PUC) to develop its Rio Grande Valley Transmission Line project.
