The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has approved the transmission rate incentives proposed by Citizens Energy Corporation, associated with the 230 kV Sycamore–Peñasquitos transmission line project being developed by Citizens Energy and San Diego Gas and Electric Company (SDG&E).
