The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued an order in which it voiced concerns that the transmission planning process governed by PJM Interconnection's operating agreement is not providing stakeholders with the opportunity to provide meaningful inputs and participate in the transmission planning process, as required by FERC's Order 890.
