The Federal Electricity Regulatory Commission (FERC) has extended the deadline for submission of comments against the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) issued on July 17, 2010 for making additions to the Open Access Transmission Tariff Reforms (OATT)/Order No. 890.
