American Electric Power (AEP) and Allegheny Energy have filed a new application with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) for approval to build the Virginia segment of the Potomac-Appalachian Transmission Highline (PATH), incorporating the information and analysis from PJM Interconnection's annual regional transmission expansion plan (RTEP).
