Hydro One Limited (Hydro One) and Avista Corporation have filed an ‘all-parties, all-issues’ Settlement Agreement with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) for their upcoming merger. This represents a full settlement approved by all the parties to the merger, including Commission staff, as being in the public interest.
